Zusammenfassung

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for our high-rise community. This role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure building exteriors, interiors, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include responding to resident work orders, completing make-ready tasks for new move-ins, tracking materials, and assisting with grounds upkeep. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifikationen

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant units, including pre-move-out inspection, punch list, coordinating vendors, and ensuring tasks are finished.
• Tracks materials and returns unused items to the inventory location, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and follow-up.
• Keeps grounds, common areas, and amenities clean, including trash removal, pressure-washing, painting curbs/signage as needed.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible and using tools correctly.
