Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Lodge at Overland in Rochester, MN. You will perform technical and mechanical work to keep building systems and common areas safe, clean, and functional.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, preventative maintenance, make-readies, inventory management, and contractor coordination. A valid driver’s license and EPA refrigerant certifications are required; ability to work a flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or facilities upkeep.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart or similar vehicle if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacants, including punch lists and scheduling vendors.
• Track inventory, reclaim unused items, and notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service work promptly and accurately for records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and minor repairs.
• Support safety programs, attend trainings, and follow OSHA and site policies.
