Job summary

Bell Partners seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform a broad range of interior and exterior maintenance tasks for our communities. You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordination while upholding resident privacy and safety policies.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC and plumbing know-how, and strong customer service skills. This role requires availability on weekdays, evenings, and weekends with regular on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical systems.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep as scheduled.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and secure areas before entering apartments.
• Ensure safe storage of maintenance items to prevent injuries.
• Attend in-service training sessions and work with vendors as instructed.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements and maintain regular attendance.
