Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Follows make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Maintains inventory of materials and coordinates with vendors when needed.
• Documents service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assists in groundskeeping and common areas maintenance including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
