Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality, with a schedule that includes on-call coverage.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing units for new move-ins, managing inventory, documenting tasks, and supporting routine property inspections.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing and move-ins by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating a punch list.
• Tracks inventory and coordinates material and tool re-orders with maintenance supervisor.
• Completes documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans, paints curbs and signage, and assists with general upkeep.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
