Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and repair physical aspects of a Garden property. You will handle work orders, preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks, and on-site repairs to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Onsite housing discounts and robust benefits are offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units including inspections and scheduling of vendors.
• Track inventory, obtain materials, and notify maintenance supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for tracking and reporting.
• Assist in grounds, common areas and amenities upkeep and basic repairs as needed.
• Contribute to cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
