Job summary

Asset Living is a leading third-party management firm delivering value across multifamily communities. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to assist in corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role covers make-readies, on-call emergencies, inventory management, and safety compliance. A High School Diploma and basic computer skills are required, with reliable transportation for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests promptly and complete work orders.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and safety standards; follow OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and facilities daily for hazards and repairs.
• Assist in scheduling and performing maintenance/repair-related turnover events.
• Support on-call emergency maintenance and everyday upkeep of common areas.
