Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician on Johns Island to support maintenance operations across our community. You will handle corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and assist with make-ready tasks to meet property objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate on-site software.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance: respond to requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks in accordance with the maintenance plan and safety guidelines.
• Assist with make-ready processes and turnover events.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and reporting of service requests and progress.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
