Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain interior and exterior spaces across our communities. You will perform routine upkeep, respond to repair requests, and work under the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure safe, well-maintained homes.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in maintenance, a high school diploma, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and strong customer service. HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility.
• Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical skills.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazards to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain resident privacy and entry authority before entering apartments.
• Ensure maintenance items are kept in a safe area.
• Attend in-service training and education sessions.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, etc.
• Follow all safety/OSHA requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
