Job summary

Bell Partners is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior upkeep across our apartment communities. You will respond to resident repair requests, perform routine maintenance, and assist with preventive tasks under the Maintenance Supervisor’s guidance.

The role requires basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, strong customer service, and the ability to work on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Health benefits and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bell Core Values alignment required.
• 1–3 years maintenance experience in a similar facility preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required in many communities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong customer service.
• Availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine interior and exterior maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping; report hazards to supervisor.
• Collaborate with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and ensure resident privacy when entering apartments.
