Bell Partners Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of interior and exterior upkeep across our communities.

You will handle routine maintenance, respond to repair requests, and help ensure safe, comfortable homes for residents. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and basic skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a similar facility.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on staffing levels.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Respond to repair requests from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to the Maintenance Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain resident privacy and ensure proper authority before entering apartments.
• Follow safety/OSHA guidelines and participate in in-service trainings.
• Work with vendors for landscaping, painting, asphalt, etc.
