Bozzuto is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to join our caring, service-first team. You’ll resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, prepare vacant apartments, and help maintain safe, welcoming communities for residents.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, basic computer skills, and willingness to work weekends or evenings with on-call rotation. Salary range is $52,000–$55,000 USD, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergencies and on-call rotation.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs frequently and 10–20 lbs constantly.
• Reliable transportation to work and for on-call responses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and service mindset.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with job-related software.

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Show care and provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Perform general upkeep, snow removal, grounds maintenance and safety tasks.
• Be on weekends/evenings and on-call for after-hours emergencies.
