Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, electrical and plumbing and appliance repair.
• Availability for on-call emergencies at the property, including evenings or weekends.

• Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Showing care and delivering excellent service ticket resolution.
