Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or a trades education.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills.
• Ability to respond to on-call emergencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through repairs.
• Perform general upkeep and grounds maintenance.
• Provide residents with outstanding service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call.
