Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances, and to prepare units for move-in. You will contribute to a safe, well-kept community and deliver exceptional resident service.

Applicants should have maintenance experience or related trades training, be able to work weekends/evenings, and respond to on-call emergencies. EPA 608 certification is paid by Bozzuto after 12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.
• The ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly.

Responsibilities

• Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Preserving the building and community safety through upkeep and grounds maintenance.
• Providing residents with outstanding customer service.
• Working weekends or evenings and being on call for after hour emergencies.
