Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance systems across communities. You will prepare vacant apartments, address resident requests with care, and support safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or formal trade education.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills (beginner to intermediate).
• On-call availability for emergencies.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs frequently and 10–20 lbs constantly.
• Reliable transportation to work and on-call events.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs.
• Show care and provide outstanding resident service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after-hour emergencies.
