Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities in top condition. You’ll resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues and prepare vacant units for move-in, while delivering outstanding service to residents.

The role requires on-call availability, physical ability to lift 25–50 lbs, reliable transportation and strong communication. Bozzuto offers competitive pay, health benefits, 20 days PTO and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs frequently and 10–20 lbs constantly.

Responsibilities

• Showing care and concern for residents through service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolving maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Preparing vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs.
• Preserving building beauty and safety through general upkeep and grounds maintenance.
• Providing residents with outstanding customer service.
• Working weekends or evenings and being on call for after-hours emergencies.
