Bozzuto is seeking a Maintenance Technician to resolve HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, and prepare units for new residents. The role emphasizes responsive service, safety, and community upkeep.

You’ll support residents with outstanding customer service, be on call for emergencies, and contribute to a welcoming, well-maintained property environment. Competitive benefits accompany your role.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or an education in the trades.
• Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Availability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation.
• Ability to exert 25–50 pounds of force frequently and 10–20 pounds constantly.
• Reliable transportation to commute and respond to on-call emergencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with various software and apps.
• Service mentality and a thirst for learning.

Responsibilities

• Show care and concern for residents through service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance.
• Resolve maintenance issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move-in through turnover repairs.
• Maintain building cleanliness and safety, including snow removal and grounds upkeep.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
• Work weekends or evenings and be on call for after-hour emergencies.
