Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property.
• State and local certification requirements compliance.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance on the property per policies and safety standards.
• Perform the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Access materials and trackInventory; notify maintenance about re-ordering needs.
• Complete documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities; assist with cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by fixing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
