Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily properties well-maintained. You will perform upkeep, repairs, and preventive tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will respond quickly to work orders and document progress, collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor on priorities and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in general maintenance and repair work.
• Working understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry systems.
• Strong communication and a genuine customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep, repair, and health of the property.
• Hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and complete to high-quality finish.
• Walk the property to catch issues early and ensure safety/compliance.
• Maintain records of work, materials, hours, and status.
• Take turns in after-hours on-call rotation and assist with snow/ice removal.
• Keep maintenance software up to date and on time.
