Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to sustain the health of our communities in Utah. You will perform hands‑on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, responding quickly to work orders and delivering high‑quality finishes.

You will help keep properties safe, functional, and visually appealing while coordinating with vendors and the supervisor. The role requires a year of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year in general maintenance and repair work.
• Working understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.
• Strong communication and a genuine customer‑service mindset.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• The physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Handle hands‑on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and complete tasks to a high‑quality finish.
• Walk the property to detect maintenance issues and ensure safety compliance.
• Protect curb appeal by maintaining grounds and common areas.
• Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor on tasks, purchases, and vendors.
• Keep accurate records of materials, hours, and completion status.
• Take turns in after‑hours on‑call rotation and assist with snow/ice removal.
• Maintain maintenance software to keep work orders current and on time.
• Follow all safety procedures in the Employee Handbook and OSHA standards.
