Job summary

Roundhouse is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our properties running smoothly. You will perform hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems, respond to work orders, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes independence, teamwork, and a customer-service mindset, with an on-call rotation and Monday–Friday schedule. Training and career growth are supported as part of our community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year in general maintenance and repair work.
• Understanding of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems.
• Strong communication and a genuine customer-service mindset.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep, repair, and overall health of the property.
• Handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool/spa systems.
• Respond quickly to work orders and complete tasks to a high-quality finish.
• Walk the property to catch maintenance issues early and ensure safety and health-code compliance.
• Keep grounds, exteriors, and common areas clean and functional.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on task prioritization and purchases.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, hours, and completion status.
• Take turns on after-hours on-call rotation and assist with snow/ice removal.
• Keep maintenance software up-to-date and accurate.
• Follow safety procedures per handbook and OSHA standards.
