Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Kennewick, WA to support apartment and property upkeep. You will perform diverse maintenance tasks and uphold top-tier customer service while maintaining curb appeal and a safe environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year in property management or related work, with a valid driver’s license and strong multi-tasking abilities. On-call rotation and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills required.

Responsibilities

• Address a range of apartment and property maintenance duties as directed by supervision.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal, and ensure resident satisfaction in daily activities.
• Assist with property emergencies and communicate issues to maintenance leadership promptly.
