Job summary

YES Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain community grounds, assist with home deliveries, and respond to resident service requests. You will ensure safety, organize maintenance facilities, and participate in team safety meetings within a dynamic community setting.

Ideal candidates have HVAC/electrical/plumbing/pool operation experience, a high school diploma, and OSHA trainings. A valid in-state driver’s license is required, with emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool operation experience a plus.
• OSHA training or certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on rental homes, grounds, and common areas.
• Respond to service requests and inspections in a timely, safe manner.
• Assist with new home delivery, setup, and warranty/follow-up reporting.
• Maintain safety standards and organize tools, facilities, and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members.
