Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance technician to ensure indoor/outdoor areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will respond to resident work orders, perform make-ready tasks, and help manage grounds, amenities, and building exteriors.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, tools, and a customer-focused approach. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with rotating on-call duties; on-site role in a Greystar community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Incumbents must provide own hand tools and be skilled with hand/power tools.
• Ability to apply logical thinking to define and correct problems.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
• Oversees and completes make-ready process for vacant units and coordinates vendors as needed.
• Develops standards for grounds and interiors to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspects work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintains inventory of spare parts and stays within budget.
