Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property maintenance operations at our community in Texas. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, participate in the make-ready process, and ensure safety and cleanliness across common areas and units.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, swimming pool maintenance, grounds inspection, and maintaining records.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills; ability to use on-site software.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform maintenance on community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with make-ready process to prepare units for new residents.
• Maintain swimming pool and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and facilities for hazards and safety.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program.
• Follow Asset key policy and safety guidelines.
• Help with inventory and supply management.
• On-call emergency at community.
