Balfour Beatty Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical condition of our residential communities and deliver world-class service to residents in Kissimmee, Florida. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, and handle resident service requests promptly.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2 years' maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license. On-call rotation applies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years maintenance experience.
• Basic troubleshooting skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for property systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
• Inspect and repair maintenance issues and fulfill resident service requests.
• Adhere to safety and environmental policies.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional interactions.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for 24/7 coverage.
