Job summary

Redstone is seeking a maintenance team member to support property management operations. You will perform routine repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems, respond to resident service requests, and coordinate with vendors and colleagues to maintain property appearance and safety.

The role includes after-hours on-call duties with overtime pay, a full-time or part-time schedule, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 6 months. A professional, team-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, doors, lighting, and structural elements.
• Assist with preparing apartments for new residents according to turnover checklists.
• Follow management/lease directives for property inspections, grounds, safety, and work orders.
• Record deficiencies, report to team lead, and follow preventative maintenance programs.
• Complete required paperwork electronically and work on-call after hours as needed.
