Job summary

BRG Realty Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Ohio communities. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry tasks, and perform preventive maintenance to keep units safe and appealing.

The role is full-time in a in-person setting with on-call rotation. A $1,000 signing bonus is offered along with employee discounts, professional development, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• EPA certification is highly desired.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Repair, replace or install plumbing fixtures and appliances.
• Repair, replace or install electrical components and lighting.
• Perform drywall repair and painting as needed.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems and other building equipment.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Assist in preventative maintenance and safety checks.
