The position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, competitive benefits, and an on-call rotation. Required: 3 years of maintenance experience, basic repair skills, and reliable transportation.

Qualificações

• 3 years of maintenance experience or related field.
• Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to on-call properties and pick up supplies as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide residents with exceptional service and maintain resident relations.
• Be part of an on-site maintenance team and support daily operations.
• Maintain daily service request system and complete requests on time.
• Perform follow-up calls on service requests as necessary.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and perform preventive tasks.
• Keep the community looking clean and well-maintained.
