HRI Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to sustain the property's condition across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, and painting tasks. The role focuses on timely work orders and supporting preventive maintenance for all building systems.

This position offers a $500 sign-on bonus. You will work on-site, handle on-call requests, and collaborate with vendors to complete projects while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Formación

• HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• General residential maintenance skills required: A/C, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, electronics, drywall installation, and finishing
• Must be able to work on-call maintenance shifts

Responsabilidades

• Maintain general maintenance of the exterior and interior of the property building
• Complete work orders promptly, including on-call requests
• Demonstrate the ability to resolve maintenance issues to prevent a recurrence
• Maintain inventory to ensure materials, supplies, and equipment are available on-site
• Inspect and test machinery and maintenance equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe environment; report unsafe conditions to the supervisor and recommend corrective action
• Partner with external vendors, contractors, and other maintenance team members on special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned
