Job summary

Asset Living in Cape Coral, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of our communities. You will perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision.

The role includes make-ready tasks to ensure apartments are market-ready and compliant with standards. You will handle on-site repairs, pool maintenance, and daily safety checks while maintaining records, coordinating with the Maintenance Supervisor, and delivering strong resident

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of community common areas and units.
• Respond to resident and management requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive and cosmetic maintenance and make-ready tasks.
• Maintain pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Assist with inventory and record-keeping.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
• Keep maintenance shop organized and stocked.
