Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our communities with preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. You will handle on-site repairs, make-ready work, pool maintenance, and daily inspections to ensure safety and quality across common areas and units.

The role requires strong customer service, reliable transportation for on-call emergencies, and basic computer skills to log service requests and maintain records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Carry out maintenance in common areas and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and participate in make-ready tasks.
• Perform pool maintenance and log chemical data.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for safety hazards.
• Assist with inventory and safety training under supervision.
