Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co seeks a Maintenance Technician in Oakland, CA to ensure excellent customer service and maintenance. You will be responsible for maintaining properties to ensure working order and curb appeal.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience. Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining common areas, and providing exceptional service to residents.

Competitive pay ranges from $21.40 to $24.40 USD.

Qualifications

• 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience highly desired.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is highly desired; CPO is a plus.
• Availability to be on-call to address any emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Assists in maintaining the grounds and common areas.
