Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and minor repairs at our multi-unit properties. You will work under the Community Manager, handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks to ensure safe, clean living environments.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 2 years of maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. Typical schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Effective oral and written communication skills are required.
• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing leaky faucets.
• Perform minor repairs including drywall patching, painting, and carpentry work.
• Maintain property grounds including lawn care, snow removal, and cleaning of common areas.
• Respond to tenant repair requests and maintenance issues.
• Identify potential maintenance problems during inspections and address them promptly.
• Assist with major repairs or renovations as needed.
