Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep across our properties, under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will handle tasks from fixing leaky faucets to drywall patching, and you’ll help maintain grounds and respond to tenant repair requests.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, 2 years of maintenance experience, and skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education required.
• 2 years of maintenance experience is required.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets and changing light bulbs.
• Perform minor repairs including drywall patching, painting and carpentry work.
• Maintain property grounds including lawn care, snow removal and cleaning of common areas.
• Respond to tenant repair requests and conduct regular inspections.
• Assist with major repairs or renovations as needed.
