Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance. Under supervision, the technician assists with make-ready processes to meet the property's operational objectives.

The role emphasizes responding to resident needs, daily grounds and common area upkeep, pool maintenance, safety compliance, and collaboration with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain records and inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain accurate, timely chemical logs
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community
