Job summary

Greystar is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for Irwin Park. The role focuses on keeping building interiors and exteriors clean, safe, and fully functional, including completing work orders and making-ready vacant units.

You will perform repairs, operate tools, and coordinate with vendors while upholding high standards of service and safety. This position offers competitive pay, housing discounts, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II (or Universal) refrigerant certification required.
• All state and local certifications as required for the role.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; assists in painting curbs and signage.
• Supports vendor management and coordinates with contractors as needed.
• Performs routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Documents work and updates service requests timely and accurately.
