Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of hand/power tools and basic mechanical tasks.
• EPA refrigerant certifications (Type 1/II or Universal).

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins via make-ready.
• Maintain exteriors, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Assist with vendor management and supplies.
• Document work orders and inspections.
