Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure buildings and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You’ll handle resident requests, unit make-readies, and routine maintenance with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required where applicable.
• Strong ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Experience with basic carpentry, painting, appliance repair and plumbing.
• Maintain professionalism and safe tool handling in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and perform timely repairs, including appliances.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins using the make-ready process and punch lists.
• Maintain exterior areas, assist vendor management, and inspect equipment.
• Document work orders accurately and track progress.
• Support safety, risk management and compliance per company policies.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends and holidays when needed.
