Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• High level of professionalism in manners and dress.
• Excellent communication skills: read, write and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while completing resident service requests and repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins with the make-ready process.
• Maintain exterior buildings and parking areas cleanliness.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
