Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of our properties, ensuring safety, cleanliness and overall functionality across buildings, grounds, and common areas.

You will handle work orders, perform repairs, complete the make-ready process for vacant units, manage inventory and document tasks. EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required, with state/local licenses as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Inspects and maintains property for safety, cleanliness and functionality.
• Completes documentation for service requests and inspections.

Education

EPA Type 1 & II (or Universal) refrigerant certifications

State & Local certifications (as required)

Valid driver’s license
