The role involves diagnosing defects, completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, managing inventories, and supporting property maintenance. Strong safety focus and ability to work in varied weather are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance and repairs in residential properties.
• Knowledge of building systems and safety procedures.
• EPA refrigerant handling certification required; state/local licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventive maintenance per policies and codes.
• Execute make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate to schedule vendors.
• Access materials and manage inventory with proper records and reorder triggers.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assist in grounds and common areas maintenance; cleanliness and safety focus.
• Aim to fix rather than replace where feasible to control costs.
