Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of property buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, managing materials, and documenting all requests. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, state/local compliance, and a valid driver's license; on-site schedule may include on-call periods.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing defects, making repairs, and following safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process for vacant apartment homes including pre-move-out inspection and scheduling vendors.
• Tracks inventory, returns unused items, and notifies the supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Documents service requests accurately so they can be tracked.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning and painting as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
