Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Service Technician to ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose, repair, and complete work orders, perform make-ready tasks for new move-ins, and help maintain property operations on-site.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing per policy and code requirements.
• Makes-ready vacant apartments: pre-move-out inspection, punch list, schedule vendors, obtain supplies, complete tasks and inspect work.
• Accesses materials and tracking inventory from maintenance department and notifies supervisor for re-orders.
• Documents and files service requests clearly for tracking and records.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities: trash pickup, pressure washing, cleaning, painting curbs/signage.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
