Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician in Los Angeles to perform maintenance tasks across property buildings, grounds, and common areas. You will diagnose issues from resident requests, perform repairs, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience (painting experience preferred), EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal, and the ability to work a schedule including weekends. Valid driver’s license and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Prior painting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing via make-ready process.
• Maintains inventory and requisitions supplies as needed.
• Documents work orders accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Assists in groundskeeping and general cleaning as required.
