Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance, complete work orders from resident requests, and handle preventative maintenance on a rental property. You will diagnose defects, repair per safety standards, and maintain documentation.

The role includes making-ready vacant units, filing punch lists, coordinating vendors, and supporting grounds upkeep. Requires EPA refrigerant certifications, valid driver's license, OSHA training, and flexibility for after-hours call shifts.

Qualifications

• Performs maintenance tasks and diagnostics with attention to safety and code requirements.
• Maintains documentation and paperwork for service requests and inspections.
• Works on preventive maintenance and respond to resident service requests as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and punch-list creation.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors, obtain supplies, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect and supervise work by contractors to meet quality standards and scope.
