Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and function.

This role performs work orders and preventative maintenance, supports make-ready activities for vacant units, and ensures proper documentation and inventory control while upholding safety requirements. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance with diagnosis and repairs.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating vendors.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials, track inventory, and notify supervisors about re-ordering needs.
• Documents work and service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
