Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain property assets at Ascend Morganton Park in Southern Pines, NC. The role covers routine and preventive maintenance, and on-call rotation to ensure safety, cleanliness, and function of the property.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues from resident requests, performing make-ready tasks for leases, and managing materials. EPA refrigerant licenses are required, with state/local certifications as needed and a valid driver's license for

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property (where applicable).
• All state/local certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Makes ready for new move-ins by inspecting units and creating a punch list.
• Tracks inventory, procures supplies, and coordinates with vendors/contractors.
• Documents work and keeps records for service requests.
