Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician for Ascend Morganton Park in Southern Pines, NC. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain property systems, complete the make-ready process, and ensure safety and code compliance on-site.

You must hold EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license for on-property tasks, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hourly pay ranges from $22.00 to $24.00, plus robust benefits.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and Local jurisdictions require all applicable certifications.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Perform the make-ready process for vacant apartments including inspections and scheduling needed repairs.
• Track inventory, receive supplies, and notify supervision for re-orders as needed.
• Document service requests timely and accurately for record-keeping.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and assist with cost-saving through proper use of materials.
